The Electrician

Hello and welcome to my site. My name is Rodney and have been a licenced Journeyman for 15 years.

My background in the electrical trade has taken me across the country doing electrical installations from simple wiring to complex power plants.

I began my career as an electrician in 1994 when I applied to a trade school sponsored by the Internatinal Brotherhood of Electrical Workers [IBEW]

After being a helper for several monthes I was accepted into their program and completed my Journeyman licence in 2000.

During my time as an apprentice I was exposed to real world electrical installations learning the N.E.C. by on-the-job trainning and in class room schooling.

My work has taken me through out the United States working with some of the best contractors and some of the coolest jobs an electrician could work on.

Today I countinue to work full time as an electrician guiding my own apprentice's in the electrical trade.

My knowledge will inform the do-it-yourselfer of what steps need to be done to install, repair, troubleshoot, and complete a small electrical installation around you home.
